I am a Miami Native, who has fished the Miami area my whole life. As a youngster I fished primarily with my father and as a teenager on the local charter boats.

After high school my mother demanded I go to college and get a degree, so to keep her happy I went off to FSU. I have to admit it was great, but I could not wait to get back to fishing.

So after graduation I returned to the sea. And though I do not teach in the class room any more I do teach every day on the Cutting Edge.
