Captain Quinton Dieterle
Captain Quinton Dieterle is a native of Miami Fl. He
has been fishing the waters of Miami, the Keys,
and the Bahamas his entire life. Quinton has
been operating from his dock on Key Biscayne for
over 25 years. He has owned and operated the
Cutting Edge for 20 years.
Quinton HAS loved the sport since he was able to
walk, fishing with his father every chance he
could he learned the nature instincts that are
needed to be successful as a fishing captain. In
high school he began working with the legendary
Capt. John B Dudas which took fishing in Miami
to a new level.
Learning with
Capt John they revolutionized the art of kite
fishing and live bait fishing for billfish and
other OFFSHORE species. Now using these
techniques he has built a huge following of
customers that love to get out fishing ON THE
CUTTING EDGE. He has a degree in education from
Florida State University, and though he does not
teach in the classroom he does teach on the
Cutting Edge everyday.
