cancellation occurs prior to 14 days before the reserved date(s) or for any
cancellation resulting from double-booking errors, mechanical problems,
inclement weather (captain’s discretion) or any other act of God. Customer will be charged fifty percent of
charter rate if cancelled less than fourteen (14) days of scheduled charter.
Normal gratuity ranges from fifteen to twenty percent at customers discretion.
